There's yet to be any word on when we could expect his posthumous album to arrive but Smokeasac did confirm he still has a lot of unreleased music from Peep in the cut. Lil Peep's producer, Smokeasac, previously revealed that Lil Peep had already finished recording Come Over When You're Sober II prior to his death. Lil Peep's mother has been promising fans that her son's legacy will live on past his death. Back in December, she helped put together the posthumous video for his single " Save That Shit," with a message from her at the beginning of the video. His team has also previously stated that there'll be more music from Peep dropping in the future. "I didn’t plan on releasing the song until peeps mom reached out and told me she wanted her sons music to come out.what am I supposed to do?" he tweeted. However, the release of their collaboration seems to come at the request of Lil Peep's mother. A fan later noted that a lot of other artists decided against releasing their collaborations with Lil Peep because they felt it wouldn't be right. "Marshmello x this Friday," he wrote on Twitter. However, it looks like we'll be receiving some unreleased music from Peep later this week. His mother has previously stated that there'll be more music from the late rapper to release in the coming months. Following the untimely death of Lil Peep, there's been a handful of posthumous offerings his team has dropped off.
